ACCESSOIRES DE FLUORESCENCE




EFA-382

This is an accessory designed for measuring the surface fluorescence of solid samples. Sample can be mounted on the horizontal stage for easy measurement.
Excitation light is directed to the sample stage through optical fiber (0.8 mm dia.) at an incident angle of 45 degrees. The vertical component of surface fluorescence generated on the sample is focused on the condenser lens, then directed to the emission monochromator.
