Solid-state quantum efficiency measurement system A quantum efficiency measurement system for solid samples integrates the FP-6500/6600 spectrofluorometer with an integrating sphere for fluorescence emission and a quantum efficiency calculation program. This system permits measurement of powdered fluorescent materials and calculates the external quantum efficiency, internal quantum efficiency and absorbance of the sample. The instrument can be used to measure fluorescent materials such as those being evaluated for "next generation" plasma display panels.
