micro21 LC-01/02 Capillary Liquid Chromatograph All-in-one system design minimizing dead volume micro21LC-01 Manual injection model micro21LC-02 Autoinjection model The micro21LC-01/02 Capillary Liquid Chromatograph is an all-in-one system combining two pumps for gradients, 4-line degasser, 2-line mixer with stirrer bar, and temperature controlled column oven. The compact design minimizes dead volume for reduction of band broadening due to the dispersion of analyte in the dead volume of the components and fittings. Built-in controller controls all components from pumps to column oven. Two models, micro21LC-01 for manual injection and micro21LC-02 for auto injection are available. Seamless coupling with MS Precise flow control at μL/min-order flow rate range makes possible the introduction of the entire amount of eluate from the column into mass spectrometry detectors without splitting. Gradient starting from 1 μL/min Pulse-free high precision flow control enables a high-pressure mixing gradient from 1 μL/min by using two built-in pumps. The mixer section is a dynamic mixing system, and its chamber capacity is 20 μL. The degasser, using the new material Teflon AF, achieves high degassing efficiency even at a low degassing volume of 145μL, thereby shortening the time required for solvent exchange.
