La solution pour nettoyer vos micro cuves

Make your lab clean-up easier with the new µWash micro cell/cuvette cleaning system.

The µWash cleaning system is a device specifically designed for micro cells/cuvettes. A double barrel syringe allows you to extract the used sample from a tiny micro cell/cuvette, and flush it out with cleaning solvent by pressing the flushing piston.

A needle of the syringe can be easily inserted into a very thin cuvette, a small cell, or a micro vial. You can also access from a small area on a substrate. Pressing the suction piston will suck the used sample from the cell, and a push on the flushing piston will deliver the cleaning solvent. Pressing each piston a few times will thoroughly clean the cell.

Maximum delivering capacity is 100 µL. This is suitable for cleaning micro cells whose volume is less than 100 µL. Maximum delivering capacity is 1 mL. This is suitable for cleaning micro cells whose volume is 1 mL to 100 µL.

Only pushing pistons, cells can be cleaned up.

Push the waste solvent piston. And release piston. Then, piston automatically goes back to the initial position. Then, the used sample moves to the waste syringe. Push the washing solvent piston to deliver washing solvent into a cell. After delivery,release the piston. Then, the piston is automatically goes back to the initial position. During going back to the initial poaition, new washing solvent is intorduced into the washing syringe from the washing solvent bottle. Push the waste solvent piston to deliver the used sample to the waste bottle. After that, the piston automatically go back to the initial position. During going back to the initial position, the waste solvent is introduced into the waste syringe.
